As part of World Green Building Week 2020 our CEO John Maxwell took part in a webinar hosted by the Irish Green Building Council entitled "A Vision for Multifamily in Ireland". Thanks to Pat Barry from IGBC for moderating and a great panel of speakers including David Woodward from Global Apartment Advisors, John Montgomery from NMP landscape architects, Charlie Gleeson from Zipp Scooters and Maxime Laroussi from Urban Agency architects. A very interesting discussion on planning challenges, Covid-19 & its impact on multifamily living, the importance of well thought out public spaces, micromobility, ESG and how multifamily can form part of the solution to the housing crisis amongst other topics.
