Pembroke Quarter is a 37.2 acre site located off the Sean Moore Road in Dublin 4. The development site itself stretches from the main Sean Moore Road, to the Docks and out to the shoreline of Dublin Bay and is one of the largest development sites in the city. The scale of the site warrants inspirational place making to ensure it not only develops into a wonderful place to live but also becomes a new vibrant city quarter and a destination for all.
This hugely significant site will deliver up to 3,800 homes and will provide in excess of one million sq. ft. of commercial space including cultural & community spaces, offices, a hotel, rental, private, social and affordable housing. There will be a strong emphasis on community, the outdoors and the wonderful waterfront location.
Planning permission for the first phase of 602 apartments will be sought within a number of weeks with construction likely to commence at the beginning of next year. A quarter of the homes delivered across the site will be allocated to social and affordable housing which will represent one of the largest deliveries in the state in recent years.
