The design, planning and delivery of the residential phases of Glass Bottle are driven by the development team at Lioncor. This hugely significant site will provide approximately 3,800 much needed new homes in a fantastic location abutting the bay and minutes from the city centre and Dublin's silicon docks.
Alongside the residential delivery Glass Bottle will also provide almost one million sq. ft. of commercial space including cultural, community spaces, offices and a hotel.
Following the delivery of Lime House in 2025 which consists of 212 homes, Glass Bottle will deliver an additional 675 homes in 2026 spread across three seperate buildings. Glass House is due to be delivered shortly, whilst Sand House and Batch House will be delivered towards the end of the Summer.
