Lime House was completed in November 2025 and consists of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes along with resident amenities including a light filled ground floor gym, a yoga studio which combines both the indoors and outdoors, a 7th floor private dining room and sky lounge, co-working spaces, a multifunction meeting room, private phone booths, a TULU rental station for those daily home essentials, a courtyard garden and two landscaped roof terraces with views out to Dublin Bay.

‍Phase 1a consists of 564 homes spread over three blocks, Lime House, Glass House, and Sand House, referencing the heritage of glass making on the site.

Phase 1b contains 323 homes at Batch House all of which are under construction. This creates a pipeline of 887 homes currently under construction.

Phase 2 is the most recent residential phase to receive planning from Dublin City Council for an additional 586 homes with activation likely to commence in H2 2026 bringing the total number of residential units with planning at Glass Bottle to just under 1,500 units.
