Glass Bottle offers a full range of amenities, services and leisure uses, making it the quintessential “15-Minute City”.
Phase 1 consists of 564 homes spread over three blocks, Lime House, Glass House and Sand House, referencing the heritage of glass making on the site. There are nearly 200 homes per block, comprising a mix of studios, 1-to-3-bedroom apartments and townhouses, with initial completions due in Q4 2025.
Phase 1b contains 323 homes at Batch House all of which are under construction. This creates a pipeline of 887 homes currently under construction.
Phase 2 is the most recent residential phase to receive planning from Dublin City Council for an additional 502 homes with activation likely to commence early in 2025 bringing the total number of residential units with planning at Glass Bottle to 1,389.
Glass Bottle represents a unique opportunity to revitalise a former industrial area in south Dublin and provide thousands of much-needed homes for Dublin city.
