Glass Bottle, Sandymount Strand, Dublin 4

As Lime House leases up, we look forward to the next phases of residential delivery at Glass Bottle including Glass House (Block M) in the coming weeks followed by Sand House (Block O) and Batch House (Block L) in late Summer.

Between these three buildings an additional 675 homes will be delivered on site at Glass Bottle bringing the total number of homes on site to 887. This will then be followed by Phase 2 which amounts to another 586 homes.
