The Glass Bottle consortium are proud to confirm that our transformative Glass Bottle mixed-use scheme has received planning permission for a 20-storey, 228-room landmark hotel at the former Irish Glass Bottle site in Dublin’s Docklands, as reported yesterday by The Irish Times.
The new hotel will feature 228 guest rooms across 20 storeys, a vibrant café, a bar and restaurant, and a fully equipped business centre as well as two basement levels that will provide service areas and office space.
The Glass Bottle mixed-use scheme is a 37.2-acre regeneration project set to reshape the Docklands by delivering up to 3,800 new homes and over 1 million sq ft of commercial space, creating a thriving new community hub in Dublin 4.
