The Alta Verde apartment scheme sits on approximately 3 acres and will include three separate blocks comprising 241 apartments, a mix of studios and 1, 2 & 3 bedroom homes.
As of this week the majority of the bulk dig has now been completed, pad foundations are currently being excavated and reinforced concrete pads are being poured. The basement drainage has also commenced and the first tower crane is due on site shortly.
