As part of our on going site visits we were at Alta Verde, Cross Avenue in Blackrock this morning (February 1st) where the site set up has been completed, tree protection zones have been delineated, internal haulage roads installed and basement bulk dig commenced.
Great to see the progress on site, Alta Verde will consist of 241 apartments, spanning three separate blocks and will include best in class amenity spaces.
