Financing Facility agreed for Blackrock Development
We are delighted to announce that Activate Capital has agreed a €75m finance facility for our development, Alta Verde on Cross Avenue in Blackrock. Alta Verde is under construction to a BREEAM excellent standard and will consist of 241 homes in three separate blocks with co-working spaces, a rooftop gym, private dining spaces along with other amenity facilities.
