A third topping out is cracked at Glass Botttle, Dublin 4

On the 3rd of April Lioncor, SISK and the wider design team celebrated the topping out of Phase 1b at Glass Bottle, Sandymount Strand, Dublin 4.

This residential phase includes the highest tower on site to date at 18 stories with magnificent 360 degree views across Dublin Bay, Dublin Port and the Dublin Mountains. 🏗️  

SISK began the development of 1B only 16 months ago and since then 23,000m3 of concrete has been poured, 540-bathroom pods have been installed, and the mechanical and electrical first fix has been completed on nearly half of the 323 apartments.
