Our CEO John Maxwell has joined key industry figures as an ambassador for the #BuldingLife Programme in Ireland. In conjunction with the World & Irish GBC, he will join other ambassadors across Europe to bring about transformative change at a European and national level. The Irish campaign hopes to create a national roadmap and lay the groundwork for regulation on life cycle carbon.
By building mainstream political and private sector support, the #BuildingLife campaign will catalyse a shift in Europe’s building policy so that it tackles the total environmental impacts—both carbon and resource-related—across the entire lifecycle of a building.
