Along with representatives from the design team & the European Commission and Parliament we celebrated the “topping out” of Chatham House, the new House of Europe in Dublin. The new LEED gold office building will extend to 3,065 sq.m. or 33,000 sq.ft. and will include a multimedia space providing an insight into how the European Parliament works with cutting edge multimedia stations and a 360-degree cinema at basement level.Chatham House is currently under construction with Flynn and is due to be completed in Q4 of this year, with the EU taking occupancy in early 2024.
