Charlie Ginty
HEAD OF ASSET MANAGEMENT
Charlie brings with him over 30 years’ experience in property & asset management. He was previously responsible for property portfolios in the commercial, retail and residential sectors across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Ireland. He worked as a director of property services for a large global construction services provider, supporting clients in all aspects of the property asset lifecycle.
Charlie is responsible for Lioncor’s post construction assets and investments, in particular the development and roll out of Lioncor Living, our Multifamily offering. He will oversee the implementation and operation of our leading design and service led rental experience.
